Manuscript Preparation

• Original work, not under consideration elsewhere.
• English submission.
• Accepted formats: Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX.
• Figures and tables: high resolution (≥300 dpi), numbered, with captions.

Structure

• Title Page: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Corresponding Author.
• Abstract: 200–300 words.
• Keywords: 6–12 keywords.
• Main Text: Structure appropriate to the type of research.
• References: Consistently use APA 7th or IEEE style (include DOI/URL where available).

Formatting

• Prepare in a clear and readable layout suitable for academic publication.
• Fonts: Standard academic fonts (e.g., Times New Roman, Arial, Calibri).
• Font size: 11–12pt.
• Paragraph layout: Standard, easy-to-read academic style.
• Margins and line spacing: Use standard academic defaults (e.g., Word or LaTeX).
• Typesetting will be handled during the publishing process.

Submission Process & Ethics

All manuscripts are initially screened by an editor to assess fit with the journal’s scope and baseline quality. Submissions that fall outside the journal’s policies and scope may be returned to the authors without external review. If appropriate, the paper proceeds to double-blind peer review.

ÆPTIC does not consider studies that rely on animal testing, invasive experimentation, or genetic modification of organisms for publication. We encourage contributions aligned with non-invasive, coherence-based, and integrative approaches to life and health sciences.

ÆPTIC is an autonomous and independent open-access journal that does not impose article processing or publication charges (APC). It operates without financial sponsorship or commercial interests, and all editorial decisions are made on the basis of scientific relevance, scientific integrity, and the social contribution of future-oriented scientific ideas that support the coexistence of humanity and nature. In principle, all manuscripts undergo external scholarly review to ensure a fair and objective editorial process. The Editorial Board may, through internal deliberation, publish editorials, vision frameworks, invited perspectives, special communications, and foundational or cornerstone research that contribute to the development of the journal. In such cases, all decisions are thoroughly reviewed and carried out in accordance with the journal’s mission and commitment to scientific integrity.

Before Submitting

• All authors have agreed to be listed.
• Permissions are secured for third-party materials (e.g., photos, data).
• Any required ethics approvals have been obtained and documented.

Submission Checklist

• This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
• This submission has not been previously published, nor is it under review elsewhere.
• This submission is original, free of plagiarism, and complies with recognized research ethics standards.
• All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
• All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
• Permission has been obtained to publish all included materials.
